Welcome to Spera Restoration. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any services provided by Spera Restoration (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services

Spera Restoration provides property restoration services including, but not limited to:

  • Leak detection

  • Moisture surveys

  • Drying and dehumidification

  • Water damage repairs

  • Reinstatement works

  • Fire, flood, and storm damage recovery

  • General property refurbishment

We aim to provide all services professionally, safely, and in line with current UK standards. All services are subject to availability and scope as agreed between us and the client.

2. Estimates and Quotes

We may provide an estimate or quote before commencing work. While we aim to ensure accuracy, quotes may be subject to change if further issues are identified once work has begun. All pricing will be clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to starting any additional work.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Clients are encouraged to confirm all bookings in writing. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a charge, depending on the nature of the service and preparation involved.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in our invoice and must be made within the timeframe specified. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Liability

We take all reasonable care in carrying out our services. However, we cannot accept liability for:

  • Delays caused by third parties such as insurers, suppliers, or contractors

  • Any damage arising from pre-existing structural issues

  • Limitations resulting from restricted access or unsafe working environments

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

6. Guarantees and Warranties

Certain services may come with a limited guarantee or warranty, which will be provided in writing at the time of service. Please retain all documentation related to guarantees or service reports for your records.

7. Insurance Claims

We do not directly manage or negotiate with insurance companies on your behalf. However, we can provide survey reports, documentation, and recommend independent loss assessors to assist you in the claims process. It is your responsibility to liaise with your insurer or their appointed representatives.

8. Subcontracting

In some instances, we may work with approved subcontractors to deliver certain aspects of your service. All contractors are vetted to meet our standards of workmanship and safety.

9. Website Usage

The content on our website is provided for general information only. We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that all content is error-free.

You may not use this website:

  • For any unlawful purpose

  • To transmit malicious software

  • To collect personal data about other users without their consent
